About the Client
Churchill Auto Care is a family-run auto repair business that provides expert auto and light truck repair and maintenance services to customers of the Frederick area — for over a decade.
The owner is David Caurvina, an easy-going and straight-forward person with 30+ years of experience in the business. His primary goal is to take care of his customers and their needs compassionately, by building trust and having the understanding of their circumstances. After all, he is a father of four, and he’s well aware how important it is for your car to run safely.
Together with his team of expert technicians, he’s here to make sure it does.
Dave’s daughter, Laurel, is the General Manager of Churchill Auto Care. With prior experience of working in customer service, her main role is to provide answers for all of their clients. Dave and Laurel offer top notch service and a friendly environment.
Why They Needed Our Services
Churchill Auto Care prides itself on great client service. They understand the hassle of a broken car and also know how important time is.
That’s why they wanted to provide shuttle services for their clients. When the client drops off their car for servicing, Churchill staff will drive them to work and pick them up when their car is finished. This allows the client to have their car worked on, and not have to take time off from work.
Laurel Caurvina found AMI Signs through the BNI referral network and contacted our President, Nick Marchetti. She needed us to create vehicle graphics for their shuttle service car. We were happy to help, especially when our clients are so positive and people-oriented.
The person responsible for this project was our Production Manager/Installer, Hector Chicas. It took him less than two weeks from the initial lead to installation.
We wanted to show them the same courtesy that they were showing to all of their customers, so we decided to install the graphics in the evening so Churchill Auto Care would not lose the use of their new shuttle during working hours.
They dropped the car off at 7:00 PM and they picked it up at 8:00 AM the next morning.
They appreciated our gesture very much, and also loved the simple, yet impactful design of the vehicle wrap. We got a 5-star rating on Google and Facebook!
